Very bad customer service . We bought an ear thermometer it wasn’t working I asked them for a refund or return their answer was no refund. Until they check everything by their seller and we gave to pay all the expense We only had the thermometer less than one day .,

Grainne and Anita are both excellent but I've been let down on a number of occasions with orders and have had to cancel clinics at short notice

I am still waiting for my products and it’s been nearly 2 weeks. I contacted the firm and they stated that DPD was returning my package because their was no house number, mobile number or email address. However, when setting up my account I had to provide all of these details. I am appalled that my address was not put on the package right. I have had to cancel clients resulting in me losing a considerable amount of money. No impressed at all.

Complete joke. Ordered a machine for over £500 which arrived quickly but faulty. Tried to contact them to arrange a return and heard nothing for days. Threatening legal action kicked them into finally getting in touch (rather speedily too, surprise!) , a collection was set up and the goods were returned. This was almost 2 weeks ago and we're back to radio silence. I'm now having to open a charge back claim because this company is incompetent.

Good afternoon, We apologise for the inconvenience caused. Unfortunately the faulty machine was delayed in transit and we have to wait on it returning to us to be refunded. I believe this delay is something being experienced with a lot of delivery and courier companies in the build up to Christmas but please be assured that you will receive a full refund once we receive the return.

The face shield of 1st Visor received was badly marked and scratched. The replacement wasn’t any better. Poor fit; the band going around the head has no foam support, meaning that to sit down properly over the face, it ends up squashing your nose. I didn’t bother complaining about the replacement; I have now sourced a much superior Visor from a local manufacturer. Delivery was prompt both times and items were well packaged.

Your company has become the worst company to deal with and I will never again use you or recommend any of my collegue to use your company and will make sure my practice will change their monthly bulk order from your company. I placed the order on june 26 now its august 8th and still no order just because someone was too stupid or lazy to read tephe delivery address placed and instead delivered my order to a practice i left 6years ago and even after finding the mistake 2weeks ago still have not replaced or resend my order while am waiting for it to be delivered in order to use on my patients who i have to change apt now again because you haven’t sent it, utterly useless and unprofessional disgusting service. Never again

I ordered a product, gave my new address but they sent it to the old address with invoice bearing new address. The people at my old housethen went away on holiday so I still haven’t received it.... I did email but no reply. :(

Very very disappointed with the service. I ordered some dental material and they informed me that I will get them in the next 24 hours. I booked the patient after 4 days just in case. I called the company 2 days before the appointment. They told me that I will get it the next day which was a day before the appointment. However, I received the material 7 days after ordering. I had to use a different material. Never use this company again as very unprofessional. they put me in a very stressful situation.

Good afternoon and thank you for your feedback. First of all I would like to apologise for the delay and the inconvenience caused by this, this is not something that is normal from BF Mulholland. In this instance we were let down by our courier with a situation that was out of our control. We are currently assessing our options as we hope to eradicate all problems like this going forward.
